British and Australian musicians unite, inspired by the incredible spiritual landscapes and history of both hemispheres. Combining the iconic vibrations and sounds of Paul Rider Boon’s sticks & didgeridoo with the windswept woodwinds of the Dartmoor duo, Music on the Edge, underpinned by the electronic eloquence of Sam Hodder and the incredibly rich and haunting voice of Clifton Bieundurry.
They have released two albums, Hemispheres and Hemispheres II, in 2021 and 2025. Both albums were featured this year, as featured albums of the week, on Bernard Clark’s eclectic Blue of the Night programme on RTÉ, Lyric FM.
One of the tracks from Hemispheres II has been used by the award winning Western Australian film maker, Nathan Dyer. Another of the tracks from their first album was used for an Australian travel documentary. They have had airplay in both hemispheres, in the cities of Bristol, Exeter, Dublin, Sydney and Perth.
